The workplace health promotion team organizes free leadership coaching with external experts, fully funded by BVAEB, up to two sessions per person, in German, for all those who hold a supervisory role (e.g. project leaders), to quote them: "During the coaching sessions, the participants reflect on their own leadership behavior with the coach and work out how the team can be led even more optimally in the future."
