A PostDoc Peer Mentoring Team is an interdisciplinary, mixed-gender group of researchers interested in professional development. The work of this closed group lasts from spring until spring, is supported by the PostDoc Office, with additional knowledge & training provided by career experts and professional coaches. You can read about the experiences of Petra Hamer, a participant in round two of this programme, here, and hear from Lisa Kapper of round one in this podcast episode.
On April 17 and April 18 respectively, we will witness the celebration of one team whose work comes to and end now, and the building of a new team.
Cohort number three will be a group of eight that includes researchers from environmental sciences, educational sciences, chemistry, south-east European studies, philosophy, American studies, psychology, and religious studies.
We commend the researchers for their willingness to learn, collaborate, strengthen their team working skills, and for their engagement for the academic community in Graz.
