We’re delighted to introduce the PostDoc Office’s new institutional home: The Research Careers Campus!
The RCC is a unit that has the mission to shape research culture and push collaborative forms of work. Through skills-enhancement and community-building measures, we support researchers of all career stages to embrace opportunities.
The RCC is an initiative designed to nurture the next generation of researchers and empower university employees. Through mentorship programmes, interdisciplinary collaborations, and a strong international network, the RCC ensures that academic talent doesn’t just grow - but thrives.
We recognize University of Graz researchers are a diverse group, and will try to have something for everyone. Bearing in mind: We’re in a period of development, considering how to make the most impact with the resources we have.
We invite you all to be part of our process of developing the RCC, and would be honored if you award it the same trust as you have done the PostDoc Office!
Despite the new name, our motto is still „for a more fun and kind academia”, and we aim to be what one postdoc once called us: “a protected space where I can critically reflect on my career path, get support for the next steps, and recharge the batteries.”
