This summer, we want to know what happened to the people who helped us create and shape the PostDoc Office, which was established in 2022.
We have reached out to those who:
- gave their opinion about what offers we should create during our needs analysis with 100+ postdocs
- received some of the first PostDoc Grants
- came up with ideas for great event formats, such as the writing retreat
- …and generally were enthuasistically taking part in our offers.
We asked them three questions:
- Where are you today and where did you work during your time in Graz?
- What is your advice on how to make good career decisions and be satisfied in your work life?
- What's a memory of University of Graz that stands out in your mind?
