About the researchers:

Gerhard Kristandl is an Associate Professor of Accounting and Technology-Enhanced Learning at the University of Greenwich in London, where he holds a Senior Fellowship in Higher Education. A graduate of the University of Graz, he leads the Alumni UNI Graz Chapter London. Gerhard has worked in the UK, Canada, Germany, and Austria. His time at the University of Greenwich was preceded by a career in management consulting in the finance and performance management field. He is known for innovation in teaching and runs his own channel on YouTube. Among his research interests are technology-enhanced learning and teaching, business information systems, and artificial intelligence.

Markus Meschik is an educational scientist at the University of Graz and currently leader of a research project on use of financing models in digital games by children and young persons. His areas of expertise are social pedagogy and media education, and his PhD research was done on addiction in digital games. He is also active beyond academia, as a federal expert and trainer in children's and youth welfare and in open youth work.
