Collegial Development Programme for Researchers: Info Session

Do you want to have (and build) a supportive, interdisciplinary network at University of Graz? You can participate in the collegial development programme this year! 

During this programme, researchers create a space for themselves in which they receive:

• unconditional positive regard 
• acknowledgement of their expertise
• interest in and compassion for their challenges
• support and inspiration for solutions that won't stress them out

This year, the fourth edition of the programme starts: We have called it collegial development programme ! 

In this 30-minute information session on March 26, all your questions will be answered, so you can decide if you want to join!

- It's open to postdoctoral and mid-career researchers (self-defined, we're putting no limits on who can join!)
- Deadline to apply is April 17, 2025 (the kickoff event takes place on May 13, 2025).

Collegial development means that 
- researchers work together for a year in a closed group 
- on their professional development
- members of the group have knowledge, competence and experience advantages in different areas
- which they make accessible to each other
- it is a way of mentoring between peers
