Expert support for MSCA fellowship applicants

Expert support for fellowship applicants

We invite and support international researchers

If you intend for come to Graz as a MSCA postdoctoral research fellow, here is some inspiration:

Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz supports applicants - in all aspects of the application, including the non-academic placements. How?

  • Every year in May/June, there is an intensive on-site applicants' workshop in cooperation with experts from the Austrian National Contact Point (NCP), with travel reimbursement of up to € 600.
  • Uni Graz can now also offer a second chance for top evaluated but rejected applications. Up to three applicants who received a Seal of Excellence (score min. 85%) can receive a one-year PostDoc position, to support resubmission.
  • Advice for non-academic placements: Confidence, networks and skills gained in one sector greatly enrich the work in the other. MSCA postdoctoral fellowships encourage this mobility by including an optional placement outside the university, if it is in line with the project objectives and adds significant value and/or impact to the fellowship. We can help you brainstorm which companies or organisations in Graz most fit your research project and vision and could serve as the host for your non-academic placement.
