Deadline extension: Until March 22 you can apply for the PostDoc Peer Mentoring Programme
The semester start is a busy time and we haven’t received as many applications for our programme as expected. Therefore, you can still apply by Friday, March 22, noon!
Peer Mentoring as we do it here means to have access to a supportive network of people in a similar situation, who will share their experience with you over the course of a year while you take or plan some crucial career steps.
To inspire your group’ work, experts will be coming to you. Benefits according to previous participants:
- making strong connections to people from other disciplines
- getting access to info relevant for you from those in the same situation
- becoming more confident in your identity as a researcher/academic
- becoming more familiar with funding bodies & schemes
- having a safe, trusted group in which to freely express & share challenges and joys
- becoming more goal-oriented, able to plan and make decisions well
