The next round will start in October!
The PostDoc Program for Young Scientists, Senior Lecturers and Senior Scientists enters a new round. It extends over a year and should enable the optimal development of one's own competence profile towards a professorship.
The program contains leadership competencies as well as career coaching, communication training, project management or Teaching skills develpment.
A registration is possible from now until 18 september 2023.
