On 15 September 2026, six international experts in researcher development met with members of the Research Careers Campus (RCC) team, Vice-Rector Mireille van Poppel (Vice-Rector for Internationalisation and Equal Opportunities) and Vice-Rector Joachim Reidl (Vice-Rector for Research) to discuss plans, projects and ideas for the RCC in the coming academic year.
After a full day of engaged discussion and productive exchange, we thanked and bid farewell to the members of the External Advisory Board with our best wishes and a clear commitment to taking their advice seriously and implementing their suggestions as far as possible.
During the meeting, we also formally thanked and said farewell to Prof. Dr. László Borhy, whose term as a board member concluded after four years. We are deeply grateful for his valuable contributions and insightful remarks.
We would also like to thank all members of the External Advisory Board for their continued support and constructive feedback, and we look forward to welcoming them back to Graz in September 2027!
The outcomes of this Advisory Board meeting will become visible over the coming months, as we begin to implement the new ideas and projects that emerged from the discussions.
