  • The programm for project staff, post docs, (senior) scientists and lecturer should enable the optimal development of one‘s own competence profile.
  • On 3rd July 2024, round 10 starts with an interesting program offer. All courses and workshops are organized and financed by the staff and organizational development. For registration please contact Julia Schneiber, julia.schneiber@uni-graz.at.

Karriereprogramm for Female Researchers

  • The one-year career-oriented continuing education program as part of the “Potential - Women at the University” cooperation between the University of Graz, the Graz University of Technology, the Graz Medical University and the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz makes a contribution to promoting university equality and the promotion of academic careers for women at Graz universities.
  • The program is a contribution to establishing a gender-symmetrical culture at universities. Target group: PhD students and female post-docs from all departments.
  • Also for female scientists on career breaks and scientists without project funding.
  • Duration: January to December 2025 . Begins with a kickoff on December 12, 2024 and ends with the awarding of certificates on December 11, 2025.
