Dive into the world of patents and innovation - with a free training course

Europäisches Patentamt Logo Kurseinladung

Create - Protect - Innovate starts Nov

Have you recently felt the urge to dive into the world of patents and innovation? There's free training offer for you (and to all University of Graz employees and students)!

  • How are inventions protected?
  • How do you bring them to market and integrate intellectual property rights into research projects and business strategies?

If you're interested in that, take the opportunity to join the "Create - Protect - Innovate" course free of charge. We are newly a partner university of the European Patent Office's MIPEF. Modular IP Education Framework (MIPEF) | epo.org

The course consists of two parts for beginners and advanced persons, each lasting 75 hours.

The knowledge is imparted online based on a case study including videos, podcasts and interactive elements. A final task, assessed by experts, serves to test knowledge. After successful completion, a certificate from the European Patent Office is issued (and, to students, a total of 6 ECTS can be credited by the University of Graz).
Course starts on 4th November 2024
Registration open until 31st of October 2024
