On April 27, 2023, an interdisciplinary team of nine postdoctoral researchers kicked off their journey together. Coach Yasmin Dolak-Struss came from Vienna to facilitate the team building session alongside Johanna Stadlbauer from the PostDoc Office. The group spent a joyful and productive afternoon getting to know each other, agreeing on a mode of collaboration and setting goals and expectations. The experience, knowledge and attitudes the team members bring to the table are impressive. As is their motivation to collaborate and help each other grow.
While the peer sessions are at the core of the programme, there will be a funding expert, academic career experts and a person with lots of leadership experience to inspire the Peer Mentoring Team and impart additional knowledge. We're looking forward to seeing what this group will achieve over next coming year for their professional development!
